Resources:

1-piece, 1" hardwood veneer plywood used for frame.
Rails are solid hardwood.

Back core is 1⁄2" contoured plywood, attached to frame with “Dry-fit”, metal-to-metal connectors.
Seat is 3⁄4" plywood, with foam.
Solid hardwood corner blocks.
Rails are glued and doweled into frame.
Finish is a multi-step process of catalyzed filler, sealer and lacquer coats with buffing, scuffing and sealer sanding between coats.
