  • 1-piece, 1" hardwood veneer plywood used for frame and rails.
  • Seat and back core are 1 ⁄2" contoured plywood, attached to frame with “Dry-fit”, metal-to-metal connectors.
  • Rails are pocketed, glued and doweled into frame.
  • Seat support rails are pocketed, glued, doweled and screwed to frame.
  • Finish is a multi-step process of catalyzed filler, sealer and lacquer coats with buffing, scuffing and sealer sanding between coats.
