Grand Rapids, Mich. – Furniture manufacturing company, RT London, announced President Dale Haley has retired as of June 1st, after over 30 years of experience. Haley began at RT London in 2011 in the Lacey, Washington branch of the company. In 2015, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations, and finally, he was named President in 2020. Haley’s successor, the previous Chief Operating Officer, Lindsey Rood, was named the new President.
Incoming President, Lindsey Rood, has a proven track record of design, manufacturing, and operations. She was initially hired at RT London as an Interior Designer and was quickly promoted to the Design Manager role. She was then named Chief Operating Officer in 2020 before becoming the President starting June 2023. Another important role filled was Vice President of Operations and Engineering.
Alex Conway has been promoted from Director of Operations to Vice President of Operations and Engineering. He has served in the Lacey, Washington location and will now lead the Lacey team after Dale Haley’s retirement. Lastly, the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing has been named.
Mandi Strickler was hired as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing as of April 2023. Strickler will oversee various projects and client relationships nationwide. She has a background in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, and more. She started working for RT London after completing her degree and has since worked for various Furniture Manufacturers across West Michigan.
