Campbell Hall at Michigan State University was renovated in 2025 to house the Honors College and Academic Scholars Program. RT London furnished 325 rooms with durable, functional solutions that combine modern comfort with the hall’s historic charm.

Seton Residence Hall at Mount St. Joseph University is part of a phased renovation project focused on enhancing student housing. RT London furnished 36 rooms on the sixth floor with durable, functional solutions designed to support comfort, consistency, and student success.

Hilleboe and Kittelsby Halls at St. Olaf College reopened in 2025 following major renovations. RT London furnished 301 rooms with durable, modern solutions designed to enhance comfort, community, and the student living experience.

Originally constructed in 1928, the Banks Residential Hall lies in the heart of the Wesleyan College campus. After being closed for nearly a decade, the college announced their plans to reopen and renovate the historic hall.

Indiana Tech University sought durable and stylish furniture for their new Troder Hall residence hall, prioritizing long-lasting quality and a contemporary aesthetic to enhance the student living experience.

The Wabash Building is the 2nd tallest collegiate building in the country. It contains a mix of classrooms, labs, and offices, plus 17 floors of apartments with spectacular views of the city and Lake Michigan.

Illinois Institute of Technology approached RT London to replace existing furniture that was custom designed for the State Street Village apartments on campus.

Stockton University is a key player in the revitalization underway in Atlantic City. Together with a development partner, they looked to design and build a brand-new, state of the art residential complex housing more than 530 students, located right on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City.

Montreat College was in need of Room Solutions for their Residence Hall Renovations. RT London provided furniture for the dorm rooms and for lounge areas.
