Pioneer Human Services Aspen Terrace, located at 1717 Belmont Avenue in Seattle, Washington, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming environment and affordable housing for justice-involved individuals. Fifteen units are dedicated to people exiting the hospital with healthcare needs that exceed the services offered in conventional residential care systems, and on-site healthcare is available to all residents.
