Completed in 2021, Andy’s Place offers 82 units of permanent supportive housing with thoughtfully designed furniture solutions by RT London.
Compass Health needed a housing facility purpose-built for individuals with chronic mental illness, veterans, and those transitioning from institutional care. The goal for Andy’s Place was to create a stable, supportive environment that promotes recovery and independence for vulnerable individuals. The space had to offer not only safety and privacy but also a sense of dignity and therapeutic value through its design, requiring durable yet comfortable furnishings that could stand up to daily use in a behavioral health setting.
RT London provided design and installation services to furnish 82 residential units and common areas within Andy’s Place. With a focus on comfort, resilience, and calming aesthetics, RT London supplied furnishings including Maxwell, Essentials Casegoods, Jane Tables, Series 95 Chairs, Hugo and Lucy Lounges, Lyon Tables, and Rio Chairs. Each product was chosen for its ability to support a healing environment while ensuring long-term durability—helping Compass Health create a home-like, secure space for residents with complex behavioral health needs.
